01

Agreement

These terms cover your use of xend.to, its API, the Xend launch bot on X and the Xend programs onchain (together Xend). Xend is operated by the Xend team. By using Xend you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Xend.

02

What Xend is

Xend is a layer over existing launchpads. It lets anyone launch a coin on pump.fun, stonkfun, four.meme, flap or pons with the coin's creator fees pointed at a social account. The owner of that account can claim their share by proving the account.

Xend is not a launchpad, an exchange, a broker or a custodian of your wallet. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any social platform or launchpad. A coin launched for an account does not mean the owner of that account made, approved or promotes it.

03

Who can use Xend

  • You are at least 18 and able to agree to these terms.
  • Using Xend is legal where you are. You are not in a sanctioned country or on a sanctions list.
  • You use your own wallet and you are responsible for keeping it safe.
04

Launching a coin

When you launch you choose the account the fees go to, the coin's name, ticker, logo and links. You are responsible for that content. The logo and metadata are stored on IPFS and the coin lives on its launchpad and chain. Neither can be taken back.

You pay the launchpad's launch fee and the network costs from your wallet. A dev buy is optional and at your own risk.

The fee split is written into the coin at launch and cannot be changed by you, by the account owner or by Xend. Launching a coin for someone gives you no rights over their account or their share.

05

Fees and the split

Every creator fee a coin pays through Xend is split the same way: 70% to the account's vault, 15% to buy back and burn $XEND, 10% to $XEND stakers and 5% to the wallet that launched the coin. Launchpads charge their own trading fees on top. Xend has no control over them.

On Solana the creator share waits in an escrow vault held by the Xend program onchain. On BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain the launchpads pay creator fees to a wallet operated by Xend, which bridges the creator's share to their Solana vault and pays the other shares. While those funds are in that wallet Xend holds them.

06

Claiming

The owner of an account proves it with a login on that platform or with a one time code in the account's public bio. The first claim binds the vault to that account. After that only the same account can claim.

If nobody claims a vault within 90 days of its first fee, the fees in it go to the $XEND buyback and burn. Once an account has claimed, its vault no longer expires.

Xend may refuse or pause a claim it reasonably believes is fraudulent, for example an account taken over or a bio code placed by someone other than the owner.

07

$XEND, buyback and staking

$XEND is a token. Holding or staking it gives no ownership of Xend, no voting rights and no claim on Xend's income beyond what the staking program pays onchain. Buybacks, burns and staking rewards depend on fees that may never arrive.

Staked $XEND is locked for the tier you choose and cannot be unstaked early. Rewards are paid in SOL and can be claimed any time. Nothing on Xend is a promise that $XEND will have any value.

08

The launch bot on X

Posting “@xendto launch $TICKER for @someone” asks Xend to launch that coin for you. Xend pays the launch and you receive the 5% launcher share in your own X vault. The bot may refuse a request, for example over daily limits, content or suspected abuse. Its replies are public posts on X.

09

What you must not do

  • Impersonate someone or suggest that a person or brand made or endorses your coin.
  • Launch coins to defraud, manipulate markets, launder money or evade sanctions.
  • Use names, logos or content you don't have the right to use, or content that is illegal or hateful.
  • Take over, fake or interfere with someone else's account to claim their fees.
  • Attack, overload or reverse engineer Xend in ways meant to harm it or its users.
10

Risks

Memecoins are highly speculative and most lose all their value. You can lose everything you put in.

Xend relies on smart contracts, launchpads, bridges, blockchains, data providers and social platforms. Any of them can fail, change or stop working. Transactions onchain are final and cannot be reversed by Xend.

11

No advice and no warranty

Nothing on Xend is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Xend is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

12

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Xend and the people behind it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost tokens or losses caused by third parties, market movements or events outside its control. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the fees Xend received from you in the twelve months before the claim.

13

Changes and ending

Xend may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version and continuing to use Xend means you accept it. Xend may stop offering any part of the service. Programs already deployed onchain keep working as written.

14

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be set before launch].
