01

The short version

  • Xend never asks for your password and never gets one. Logins go through the platform itself.
  • Most of what Xend shows is public already: blockchain activity, IPFS metadata and public social profiles.
  • Xend doesn't sell your data and doesn't run ads or ad trackers.
  • What is written onchain or to IPFS is permanent. Nobody can delete it, Xend included.
02

What Xend collects

Accounts you log in with. When you log in with X, GitHub, Twitch, Kick, Spotify or YouTube, the platform tells Xend the account's permanent ID, handle, display name and picture. Xend uses the platform's access token once to read that and then lets it go.

Bio code checks. To verify TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook or YouTube with a code, Xend reads the account's public profile through a data provider: its ID, handle, name, picture and bio.

Accounts coins are launched for. Launching a coin for an account stores that account's public ID, handle, name and picture so its page and vault can be shown.

Wallets and transactions. Wallet addresses you connect and the transactions they sign. These are public on their blockchains.

Launch content. A coin's name, ticker, description, links and logo. The logo and metadata go to IPFS and cannot be removed.

Posts to the bot. When you mention @xendto, Xend stores the post text, your X account ID and handle, and what the bot did with it.

Technical data. Hosting and security logs such as IP address, browser and time of request, kept briefly to run and protect the service.

03

How it is used

  • To launch coins, route their fees and let the right person claim them.
  • To show public pages for tokens, creators, payments and analytics.
  • To stop fraud and abuse, for example someone claiming an account that isn't theirs.
  • To keep you logged in. Xend sets a signed, httpOnly session cookie and nothing else to track you.
04

What is public

Launches, fees, claims, burns and staking happen onchain and anyone can see them. Xend's pages show them together with the public profile of the account a coin was launched for, including how much has been earned and claimed.

05

Who helps run Xend

Xend uses these services to work. Each gets only what it needs.

  • Supabase for the database and file storage, and Railway and Cloudflare for hosting and networking.
  • Pinata for storing coin logos and metadata on IPFS.
  • Helius and Alchemy to read and send transactions on Solana, BNB Chain and Robinhood Chain.
  • Jupiter for swaps and prices, and Relay for bridging fees between chains.
  • ScrapeCreators and EnsembleData to read public profiles for bio code checks and launches.
  • X, GitHub, Google (YouTube), Twitch, Kick, Spotify, TikTok and Meta when you log in or are looked up.
06

How long it is kept

Account and launch records are kept while Xend runs, because vaults and payouts depend on them. Bio codes expire after 30 minutes. Technical logs are kept for a short time. Anything onchain or on IPFS stays there for good.

07

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what Xend holds about you, or ask Xend to correct or delete it, by writing to [email protected]. Xend will remove what it can. Blockchain and IPFS records can't be removed, and records needed to pay out a vault are kept while it holds funds.

08

Security and children

Xend protects its systems and keys with care, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your own wallet and accounts safe.

Xend is not for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect their data.

09

Changes and contact

When this policy changes the date at the top changes too. Questions go to [email protected]. The rules for using Xend are in the Terms of Service.
